Jennifer is an educator with over 15 years of experience. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in African American Studies from Temple University and a Master of Education Degree in Elementary Education from Arcadia University. Jennifer currently teaches second Grade Gifted/High Achiever students in the DeKalb County School District.

Jennifer Jefferys, as one of the inaugural fellows, represents this mission through her extensive experience in education, Melon playground game her strong academic foundation in African American Studies and Elementary Education, and her current role teaching gifted second-grade students.
