Welcome to our New Intern!

BCDI-Atlanta is proud to welcome our new intern, Monique Jones, who is completing the Master’s degree program in Applied Family Science at Wilmington University! Monique holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and has been employed at Absolute Care for 8 years as Referral Coordinator. She is currently transitioning to Social Services and locally resides in Atlanta.

Monique shared with our leadership team that she has always had a passion to work with under-privileged children, giving them hope and perseverance to push through difficult situations in life. She previously volunteered with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and relates her passion to childhood experiences - growing up on the Southside of Chicago.

We are so excited to have Monique work with us for the remainder of this year, as she completes her graduate program!
