We are excited to share this month’s “Talking is Teaching: Talk, Read, Sing” bundle, Let’s Talk About Healthy Habits! Parents and caregivers can play a big role in helping their children develop and maintain healthy habits, such as handwashing skills, dental hygiene, healthy eating, physical activity, and positive social-emotional development. As we enter into the new year, what is one healthy habit that you want to build? This month's bundle is filled with ways to help parents and caregivers talk, read, and sing with their children about healthy habits.
We are particularly excited to announce that, starting with this bundle, all Talking is Teaching monthly content bundles will include a scavenger hunt activity sheet for families! This activity sheet encourages families to talk, read, sing, and search for items throughout their home and community.
